Last week, we went to Grapevine Mall in Texas to buy Pyrex pan. My husband said what happen if I slipped or dropped it on the floor after greasing oil for baking, as it would not be easy to clean the scattered glass pieces on the floor. He advised me to buy a light weight and oven safe one. FoldTuk is my favorite product in my kitchen. I enjoy using it to create and to bake different dishes. It is light weight and not as heavy as Pyrex pan. It is very safe to use as it is made up of a proprietary food grade material called CERAMBER™.
I received 6-cup size, red color and rectangular bake-ware. I am happy to use it in the oven (up to 500F). Wow, it works in five ways, namely bakes in the 0ven, cooks in the microwave, serving dish and collapsible. With the rectangular shape, I can bake breads and cakes. No need to grease! No need to scrape it as it will effortlessly slide out of the container without any burning on the bottom. You can also store the leftover food in the fridge and reheat it in the microwave. That Roaster would come in really handy next week. I like that the FoldTuk products are naturally non-stick. I worry about Teflon sometimes.
