I love to read this book as it gives me enough confident to lose weight but diet, pills, weight loss programs are not the part of the book. However, when you grab it, I am sure you will reduce your half body like her. She is also happy to share with you if you have any struggle with weight issues. I wonder how she loses 88 pounds. Everything we want to know more about her weight issues found in this book. Losing weight works like a miracle. Whether you are obese or pear-shaped weight, you don’t have to worry as Nadia is with you to deal with your weight issues. Grab it and think about Thinking Skinny. Her website is very informative and we can learn 1,200 calories is the minimum number per day for the average person to fulfill necessary nutritional needs and get a balance life phsically and emotionally without starving on a diet.
