I bought blue saute pan when there was a big sale in iKea. It was very lightweight and non stick with its black interior coating. I used it whenever I needed it and it needs more oil to cook the food evenly. It’s already burnt on high heat and leaves the dark brown spot at the  bottom of the pan. So, I have to be very careful while using it to cook at moderate heat. I always think all pans have hot spots if we pay hundreds of dollars.

I  want to check whether Aeternum Saute Pan have the same effect of using my old blue saute pan. The answer is “NO”. Aeternum Saute Pan needs much less oil when a recipe calls for two tablespoon of oil. I use one teaspoon of oil to saute one big onion. I keep it in moderate heat and increase high heat while sauteing onion. It saves time to cook faster. You can now see onion is cooked evenly for Mutton/Lamb Curry.

I don’t have good mood to cook pasta as I have to boil the water and drop pasta in heavy pot. Then drain it in the colander. Jaihari asked me when I am going to make pasta. I will start it only whenever he wants it.

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
PREPARE the shrimp according to package directions.
SEASON the tomato with salt to taste and set aside.
PLACE chips into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. Scatter shrimp and jalapenos over chips then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake until cheese melts and nachos are golden on top, about 10 minutes.
