I bought blue saute pan when there was a big sale in iKea. It was very lightweight and non stick with its black interior coating. I used it whenever I needed it and it needs more oil to cook the food evenly. It’s already burnt on high heat and leaves the dark brown spot at the  bottom of the pan.
