What makes this book so unique is that I have never heard about vegan chicken and few ingredients only to replace chicken, meat and seafood. I assume that many vegan cookbooks don’t call for vegan meat. This cookbook is spectacular with the variety of recipes that Carolyn herself tested each recipe while working on this book. She explores healthy recipes from all over the world. Even non vegans can find her adventurous recipes and follow diets if your orginal recipe doesn’t work for you to eat healthy delicious meal with full of flavor. You can cheat your kids with vegan foods as it will make them to think that it’s not a vegan. How is it?
Thanks to Carolyn for sending Global Kitchen to tour around the world and sample each food. This book has beautiful pictures, easy to follow and learn to properly stocked staple items such as oil, spices, sugar and grains to be used frequently cooking without a run to the grocery store for internatinol meal. I tried one of her recipe, from her book. Jaihari does not like Cauliflower and he doesn’t know that I coated it in ate it in Pakora Poppers and ate more Pakora Poppers
You can find step by step instruction and photos in my recipe post.
