Who doesn’t love this uniquely designed wide tempered glass platform provides an oversize weighing area coupled to 4 high-precision GFX sensors – accurately weighs 0.4 oz to 11 lbs or 1 g to 5000 g. Let us play with Ozeri Gourmet Digital Kitchen Scale in the kitchen. The large high-contrast blue backlit LCD screen displays weights in lb, oz, g, fl.oz., and ml.
I used few Kitchen Scales that came with the bowl. Ah, I am lazy to use it, maybe because of their not so pleasing look or less functional. Now, I’ve started using this Gourmet Scale, which is so easy to read the scale in LCD screen. It has 4 easy-touch buttons for effortless operation and the buttons are sensitive to use. Precision Tare feature instantly calculates the net weight of the ingredients. It’ll inspire you to control the portion of what you eat. We don’t need to put it in the kitchen cabinet. It looks pretty to place it on the kitchen counter. With this flat design, you can weigh bowl, cup or plate. You can convert from grams to ounces when your recipes calls for ounces. It’s so convenient to weigh ingredients precisely for baking. I love this so much as we can also measure it for liquids. It’s safe to know how much you can consume cocktail drinks. It’ll not consume battery if you forget to switch it off as it has auto power off function. It has more benefits not only to see the conversion unit but also it has a kitchen alarm, timer, real-time clock and temperature sensor!

This scale would be so great for dividing large packages of meats into usable portions for freezing. The bulk packages are so much more frugal to buy.
