It’s easy for us to munch each dried fruit and nuts in moderation daily to maintain healthy. It has succulent taste of fresh fruits that we get it in season. We know a variety of dried fruit & nuts have the benefits of different nutrients.
I cant wait to make my own trail mix with a variety of nuts in my cereal and yogurt parfait. It gives me energy and also keeps me full longer during my breastfeeding.
