Every morning, kids should eat nutritious cereal contained wheat for healthy breakfast. Post has introduced healthy nutritious Honey Nut Shreaded Wheat Cereal. My family enjoyed it lot with a touch of golden honey and real almonds. They are mini biscuits in bite sized. I thought that it contains more sweets. I read its nutrition and surprised that it contains less sugar, 42 grams of whole wheat and 5 grams of fiber per serving with a delicious taste for both parents and kids.
