Kids, try your hand at mad science!. SmartLab’s Extreme Secret Formula Lab features tailored components such as a mix-and-measure scoop, test tubes with squishy lids, and an abundance of glow-in-the-dark powder so kids can concoct 20 experiments that glow, ooze, and stink up the kitchen. From glow-in-the-dark alien blood to scratch-and-sniff stickers, young scientists will never have so much fun with a beaker, test tubes, and commonly found household ingredients!
- beaker

- mix-and-measure scoop
- 8g of glow-in-the-dark powder (up from 3g in original Secret Formula Lab)
- mixing bowl
- 2 test tubes with squishy lids
- eyedropper
- 24 page fully illustrated book
In the Mad Lab Journal, authors Shar Levine and Leslie Johnstone offer up 20 of the most extreme experiments using ingredients found in most kitchens. The fully illustrated book also includes fascinating and “eww”-inspiring facts about science.
SmartLab has been coming up with innovative science kits for children and teens who love science. It is a great teaching tool for their school project. They can explore more experiments with this kit by following directions with fantastic illustrations. For Halloween, they will have more fun to make hard rock candy, glowing alien blood and how to make invisible ink or glow-in-the dark slime with their parents or group of their friends if you have any party at home. They can also come up to do more experiments with match stick, any unwanted stuffs, dental floss, glue stick etc.
