Review
PeeWee PC, a company which offers laptop and desktop computers aimed at kids, has now launched the PeeWee Kit, a software suite aimed at kids. The software comes on a 4GB USB stick.
The PeeWee Kit is available on a 4GB USB flash drive for $30. It is loaded with lot of Educational Stuff and I’m very impressed with Learning Math in particular as it teaches Vertical and Horizontal Multiplication step by step and my son learned it in few hours from the basics to advanced level. Kids can stop at their level but I notice that my son tried hard to reach more advanced level, so that shows how much it attracts kids to learn Math on their own pace and yet with lots of interests. He likes quiz also as he was competing with a computer and it was lot of fun. As a parent I strongly recommend this as kids interact with a computer in learning rather than watching TV all the time!

PeeWee Kit includes a security suite with “PeeWee Patrol” for computer access controls and “PeeWee Privacy” for Internet privacy, giving parents full control of how and when their children use the laptop. The PeeWee security software lets parents limit how much time their children spend browsing the Internet (on a daily or weekly basis), block inappropriate sites with any version of any web browser, take screen shots, view browsing history, and even control the laptop remotely. Additionally, the PeeWee security suite also lets parents limit the amount of time children spend gaming and protects the laptop by preventing children from changing system settings.
