I would love to stock up sesonal fruits and veggies when they are on sale. As a family of 4, these items will go waste if we keep them little longer in the fridge. I know it would be very expensive if I buy less items.

I learned that Ethylene gas is removed via an oxidation reaction wherein ethylene gas is changed to manganese oxide, water and carbon dioxide.
