barney is a purple dinosur who teaches pre pre school to first grade lots of things and drives parents crazy, did 20 years ago when my kids watch him!

Barney teaches children basic lessons as what colors mix to make what colors, and about the weather and days of the week, etc. He also teaches how to be good friends and how to get along. My brother loved this show as a child and I sat through many hours of it with him!
