You can visit to see more simple recipes to save your time using Allens canned products. They have lots of varities. You can play to create your own recipes with five or few ingredients and join the contest. I don’t have much time to soak beans overnight. It’s quick and easy for me to make a meal with one can for the whole family that saves extra $$$ from eating outside. I enjoy to create recipe on my own using few ingredients. I thought it has high sodium and now surprised to know many of Allens canned products are Star-K certified, which means these products have been designed to fit the needs of the kosher consumer.
Some of easy recipes: VEG-ALL SAUTE, SMOOTH BLACK BEAN SOUP, QUICK AND EASY VEG-ALL RICE PILAF, MEXICAN VEG-ALL RICE, CREAM OF VEG-ALL SOUP, and BLACK BEAN VEG-ALL SOUP
I have not yet tried new seasoned products. We can simply warm it and eat it directly or you can add it to the salad. Another great idea is to wrap it with tortilla adding some sauted veggies.

Sliced Potatoes BUTTERFIELD… did you know that in my area we pay .69 – 1.25 for any variety of Allen’s can good and you can buy them on line for .33 a can.
