With a focus on food related necessities for babies and kids, the OOTS! products distinguish themselves from the crowd by offering refreshing, modern designs with real functionality.

The OOTS! design savvy, so far, has been applied to baby bibs, melamine dish sets, and lunch boxes. Other day-to-day products that are screaming for an edgy, original and elegant new treatment are in the works!

OOTS! was started in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in 2004 by Arian Roefs (Managing Director) and Godfried Konings (the Designer), both originally from The Netherlands. A Dutch Design sense and no-nonsense approach are staples of this enterprising duo.
The name OOTS! is a tribute to Sjaan, Arian’s mom (top right): Anytime anything surprises her, she utters this deadpan exclamation, and then continues with the business at hand.

Fun and stylish dishware for little gourmands!

Made by OOTS! children’s dish ware. Two Dishes and a Cup’s exclusive shapes and designs, using the highest quality materials available, make these dish sets an ideal product for kids… and their parents who share with OOTS! a desire for design without compromising on functionality. A dish set consists of a plate, a bowl, a cup, spoon and a fork. These dishes are made of 100% melamine (a high quality, durable, hard plastic), and are dishwasher safe, but should not be used in a microwave. The sets come packaged in a stylish pouch.

The unique shapes are crafted by Amber Archer, a great ceramist in Abiquiu, NM. The quirky designs that kids love are made by OOTS!’ own designer Godfried Konings.

Review

OOTS generously send me 2 dish and a cup in Melon. I love its design and eye catching color for kids and toodlers. It’s perfect to have a bowl of soup for them and enjoy it lot instead of spilling as the dish is deep enough to hold less than half cup of soup. Once they learnt it, then they can transfer it to adult soup bowl. They will enjoy their fussy food in this dish because of their funky designs and bright colors. You can match the designs of bbibs, so go ahead and combine them to make perfect gift package for Christmas! Gift wrapper is also available if you want to purchase. OTTS also encourages to try salad and fruits in this dish to lead a healthy life style.  The unique shapes are both  functional and cool. A set comes packaged in a stylish pouch and consists of a plate, a bowl, a cup, a spoon and a fork. These are made of 100% melamine, a durable, hard plastic that is dishwasher safe. I am sad that it cannot be used in a microwave. Two Dishes and a Cup dish sets come in four designs: classic Girl or Boy, Flying Egg and Melon.
